How long until I get my bag?
Count on about [10] school days after payment. Every bag is personalised one by one.
How do I pay?
Right after ordering, a QR code appears: scan it with your banking app and the amount, account and reference are filled in for you. The same QR code is in your confirmation email. We start on your bag once the payment has arrived.
Do you deliver everywhere in Belgium?
Yes. When ordering you choose between free pickup or shipping to an address in Belgium.
Can I wash the bag?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. As long as we have not started on your bag, we can change anything. A personalised product cannot be returned once made: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications.
